My son arranged for Craig to come and sort out the guttering in my garden which has been a problem for some time. He carried out the work at a very competitive rate and I am relieved that the problem has now been solved with no more rainwater overflowing onto my lawn.

Craig has done a very nice job and left things tidy and took away all the waste. If he said he would be here at 8:30 am, he was (really I could not believe just how reliable he was). The finished job is great. He also coped well with a little one trying too join in on the task and generally he is a nice guy. Would be happy to recommend and certainly would use him again. Removed radiator and rotten skirting, scraped off blown and damp plaster, replastered, replaced skirting and replaced a radiator. Started on time at 0830 working with partner Neil and they finished at 1700. Excellent workmanship and easy to discuss the work with. Prepared and cleaned up conscientiously. Definitely recommended. Fair pricing.

Craig is a lovely guy, very friendly and knows his stuff. He came round promptly and gave a quote, covering all the issues that needed to be addressed. When he came to do the actual repair he kept me informed of what he was doing but otherwise just got on with the job. I am very happy with the result and would thoroughly recommend him.

I consider myself to be quite an organised and thorough person and planned all the works needed to be done to renovate my new purchased Victorian home. However, after encountering my fair share of rogue tradesmen a close and trusted friend put me in touch with Craig of CA plasterers. I asked him to carry out some plastering work on the box room as I was worried about get ripped off again. To my surprise not only was he cheaper than the previous cowboys but the work was completed to the highest standard. In fact my decorator actually commented that he has never had to so little snagging to obtain a top finish. I subsequently engaged CA Plasterers to re-plaster the whole house going over the previous poor attempts. Best decision I have ever made. I now also use them for all my general repairs, brickwork and rendering. I don’t usually bother writing these types of things but I made an exception in this case. Thoroughly recommended.

Having heard of Craig’s excellent reputation, I asked him to sort out loose decking in the garden which was previously installed by someone else. The work was completed over a year ago and the decking has stayed in place without a loose plank in sight!

After seeing Craig’s work at a neighbour’s house I asked him to plaster my roof extension comprising of bedroom/shower room and a new section of the hallway. Not only did he do a fantastic job, it was carried out with the minimum of disruption and in a timely manner. Plastering work is quite messy so I was delighted with Craig’s efforts to keep things as clean and tidy as he could. The section where old and new plaster meets is not visible which means everything blends in perfectly. Very happy with the result!

Craig did an excellent job at plastering the fire-place which needed closing up as well as replastering the bay window. He works very fast and with the minimum of fuss and mess. The decorators commented on how smooth the walls were which only speaks for Craig’s craftsmanship.

Great plastering job, worked efficiently and to a high standard. Only downside was the cleanliness of the job, which wasn’t great, but the plastering was excellent. Craig did come back and tidy up the next day, but we still need to clean the walls and carpets. Would hire him again in the future.

CA Plasterers were fantastic. Craig contacted me about the job soon after I posted and was able to come over to provide a quote. The quote was very reasonable and he was informative about how he would achieve the end result. The work involved taking down timber that was holding up a supported ceiling, then boarding and skimming a ceiling covered in holes. The plaster above the windows was crumbling and the chimney breast needed replastering as it was partially exposed brick. The work was completed to a very high standard in just two days; Craig and his colleague worked tirelessly to get it done. They were professional, friendly and took care to tidy as they went along. We are so happy with their work that we are looking forward to CA Plasterers helping us with lots more work that is needed to be done throughout the house. A great job.

Craig did a fab job removing stubborn old wall paper and plastering our room to make it look smooth and modern. Trustworthy and friendly.
